Great to meet you the other day Brent. You guys guested it correct. I did buy this car from Scott. I think he did a great job on it and he is a really nice guy. There is a few things that need to be changed and customized for me.

I do normally run BMW's and Audi's, but I wanted a real racecar for the track. I really like the Daytona Coupes and the power weight ratio makes this car awesome. I will get this car Dyno-ed in July. I am looking forward to re-learning how to drive this type of car. I anticipate that it can help me improve my driving skills.

I am looking forward to learning and running with you guys at on this forum. Thanks,

Jacob

Well, welcome to the group, Jacob. Check this NW forum section for scheduled stuff. Everyone will be happy to welcome you to the group. One thing we always do is get together for the Historics on the July 4th weekend.

Cool Daytona's

Hi Jacob,
Nice to see your coupe. It would be interesting to see the diff in our rides. It looks like your engine is 6" forward for one thing along with the molded inner fenders. I had a Shell valley cobra roadster for 12 years so know how they are built.
The NW cobra guys are great, enjoy the FUN !
Perry.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the warm welcome. I will not be around until mid July, but the run down to Oregon looks great. I agree Perry it will be very interesting to see our cars side by side. I am always looking to learn more and how I can improve my car. We should talk about meeting up in July or August. Thanks again,

Jacob
