Hey Everyone, Well the issue turned out to be a bad ground wire that had become loose. Tore it all apart, soldered it together with some shrink tube. Good as new. Thankyou for all of your help!!!

So you think i might still have air in the system. I have noticed since the rebuild, only 20 miles on since the rebuild, that the rad cap is still venting hours after running it.
