The Ford vs. Ferrari movie looks like it's boosted interest in all things Shelby. This Austin-Healey Sprite that was used as one of three trainers at the Shelby School of High-Performance Driving sold for $95,700 at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale in January.
Other than its Shelby provenance, it's a pretty run-of-the-mill bugeye done to mid-60s SCCA HP spec. Seller timed it well as it sold for $22k at Mecum Harrisburg in 2015 |
