Crankshaft: 4340 forged steel 4.170" stroke
Connecting rods: 4340 H-beam, full-floating pins, ARP cap screws
Pistons: Probe SRS CNC forged
Camshaft: Comp Cams hydraulic roller [236-242 @ .050 110 L/C]
Heads: aluminum [210 cc intake runner, 60 cc chamber]
Valves: SS, swirl-polished [2.055" intake, 1.600" exhaust]
Rockers: SS, full roller rocker arms
Intake: Edelbrock RPM Air Gap with Endurashine finish
Ignition: MSD distributor, 6AL ignition box
Carburetion: Holley Avenger Series, 4-barrel, dual inlet
Valve covers: aluminum with highly polished chrome finish; distinctive milling with matching breather
Balancer: SFI-rated harmonic damper
Oil pan: 8 qt. oil system featuring a JR Pro Road Race oil pan w/four trapdoors and scraper for superior oil control

As a fully complete new 'turn key' it would be impossible to register under Calif law. Or is there something I missed here...

They all qualify for the SB100 under California law. None of mine have been turned down.
