Will this bellhousing work with a Tremec TKO600 transmission? Is this bellhousing SFI rated? Where would you be shipping from? Thanks

dfox,

I should work with a TKO 600, that is what I bought it for. It is SFI rated. Shipping is from 75007.

You also mentioned no bolts - did it originally come with the bolts and if it did what has happened to them? Thanks.

I already used them with another bellhousing. You can get you another set of grade 8 bolts for about $10-15. I do take Paypal.

Hi,
The bellhousing pictured above is a SFI approved McLeod 8660 with an external billet fork & slave cylinder. It is setup for a 157 tooth flywheel.
The TKO or T-5 will fit it.
NOTE: The TKO needs the bolt holes machined to clear the 1/2" bolts that the McLeod housing uses.

Hi Mike,
Can you explain what you mean by machining the bolt holes for the TKO 600 to fit. Thanks.

HI,
THE FORD TKO HAS 7/16" HOLES FOR THE MOUNTING. THE McLEOD 8660 USES 1/2" BOLTS. THE HOLES NEED TO BE OPENED UP.
NOTE: BEWARE, A DRILL WILL BITE IN AND TWIST YOUR WRISTS BIG TIME. I HAVE A JIG THAT DOES IT WITH EASE....
