Description:

Superformance Cobra SP02731. Completed in early 2008 this cobra has covered 1756 miles and is in excellent condition. Royal blue, with white stripes, it is equipped with the following options: glovebox, floor mats, sun visors, ceramic coated headers and side exhaust with heat shields, trunk mounted battery disconnect, radiator bug screen, front license plate mount, 4 point shoulder harnesses, and halon fire extinguished. It also includes a top and tonneau cover (never used) and an indoor car cover. The wheels are 15” Halibrand style knock-off with Goodyear Eagle GTII tires (wide 295/50R15 on the rears).
The engine build and drivetrain installation was done by Performance Engineering in Ross Ohio. The engine is a 351W (1969 block) making 465 hp (dyno sheets provided), AFR185 heads, Demon 650 carb, Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake, Moroso oil pan, MSD ignition w/ rev limiter. The transmission is a Temec TKO 600 Road Race.
The car has performed flawlessly since new. It has not been tracked or raced, and has not been driven in the rain or snow. It has always been stored covered in a climate controlled garage. Contact Zach at (856) 423-4051 in the evenings 5:00 to 9:30PM EDT.

For New Jersey buyers, this Cobra is properly titled and registered according to current law in NJ and comes with a letter from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission stating that the vehicle is to be emissions tested to 1969 standards. This car has a standard registration, and passes state inspection. No mileage limits or other funny business. Many Cobras were previously registered in NJ as collector cars (no inspection required). The law has since changed and this is no longer allowed. Existing owners are grandfathered, but when those vehicles change hands they will not be allowed to be registered as collector vehicles by there new owners. They will be subject to standard registration and will be emissions inspected based on the year they were titled (big problem!).
If you live in NJ and are looking for a pre-owned cobra please consider this properly titled, above board example.

To clarify, this car is titled as a 2008. The engine block is a 1969 casting. See my above comment regarding the NJ MVC and emissions testing in NJ.
I am not familiar with the inspection or taxation regulations in other states or countries, so it will be up to the buyer to determine how this vehicle will be viewed by their jurisdiction. I will do my best to answer any questions and help as much as I can.

Wow, smoking deal on a new chassis 2731!!! You should do yourself a favor and list on cobra country for $50,900. This is an absolute steal!!

Thanks madmaxx. I thought about putting it on Cobra Country, but I wanted to list it here first since this site has been an indispensable resource while I was choosing, buying, building, and driving my car. This ad will be up for 30 days. After that I'll put it up on Cobra Country.
I think the car is very fairly and competitively priced for the current market. You won't find many cars this new with as few miles for less.
