Description:	Here is a Supercharged 4.6 3Valve from a 2008 Ford Mustang Roush 427R. This engine has 12,000 miles and in great condition. Items it comes with: Pulleys Tensionor Belt Coil packs (not pictured) new water pump alternator and more.. What is 4.6 L and what is 427? Is it a 427 CI block or a 281 CI (4.6L) block??
