2002 Superformance Mark III Cobra replica #1268
Delivered to me, the original owner, brand new in Feb 2002 from Hillbank Motors in Irvine CA.
I relocated with the car to Charlotte NC in 2008.
This Cobra was originally registered under SB-100 (California Senate Bill 100) and you can bring it back into California under SB-100. No smog certification and no California registration hassles for the life of the car!
Always stored in garage under SPF car cover, never driven in rain or adverse weather, only 4860 miles. Never raced or abused. Excellent As-New condition.
No accidents, no excuses, no stories. Clean title in my name.
Drivetrain: high-winding Ford 289, ported/polished heads, Ford Hi-Po 289 mechanical lifter camshaft, forged pistons, forged beam rods, high volume oil pump, Comp Cams roller rockers, port-matched Holman Moody dual plane high-rise aluminum intake and finned aluminum valve covers, 600 CFM Holley double-pumper carb, ARP bolts used through-out, aluminum Cobra air cleaner, 1 wire high output alternator, MSD 6AL ignition with rev-limiter, Pertronix electronic distributor update. Engine built by QMP (Quarter Mile Performance) in Chatsworth CA. Tremec TKO 5 speed transmission, Lakewood blow-proof bellhousing, Mcleod clutch and pressure plate, 8.8 Ford limited-slip IRS differential with 3.73:1 gears.
