Description: I've got a center section for a 9" Ford rearend. Came out of a 1969 Mustang. Has 3.25 gears & a Detroit Locker. Would be great for a Cobra. Or Mustang, etc.

OK, not a Detroit Locker, We think it's actually a 1969 Ford Trac-Lock, 28 spline with 3.25 gears.

Can you send me a few pictures? Front and Back, if you can.

Does the ring gear show appreciable wear?

Also, how would you pack this thing up so UPS wouldn't drop it and bust the edges? I know it's heavy.

I don't have any pics as my mechanic rolled it up in plastic as it's oily. It's used so has some wear. The car it came out of had 31,000 miles on the odometer & believed to be original. I was thinking wrap it up good & send it in a plastic milk crate or something like that to protect it.
