Description: This is a 427 SOHC powered Contemporary Cobra built in late 88 or 89. It was professionally done and the engine is an Earl Wade built 427 SOHC. Its well over the 700 hp mark, factory dual quads and everything done to this engine was done to perfection. Its got a heavy duty built Jag rearend, and a 4 speed top loader trans. It has been parked for apporximately 15 years or more not having been driven. The wheels are true Halibrand magnesium knock offs that have long since lost their luster, to some thats a neat look to others they need polishing. The pics of them shining are posted. The paint has held up remarkably well and needs a very good buffing, it could resurrect itself nicely. The interior is also a survivor, its complete with smiths gauges and wilton wool carpet. All of which needs nothing more than a very good detail. The undercarriage of the car is a work of art, tubular frame powdercoated blue, adjustable torsion bar front suspension allowing road height and compensation for the weight of the engine. Its extremely well done to accomodate this motor. Its been fired up and runs, needs a very good tuning and dialing in, but it barks extremely well. Again, this car has sat for many years in an airport hanger, covered and undriven since around 1993. Its an absolutely brutal running car when dialed in, even after all these years the holley carbs didnt even leak, just ran far too rich and required some tweaking to hold an idol. Its in need of a major tune. Any questions please feel free to email or call 801-347-6366. thanks and good luck.

The average fighter pilot, despite the sometimes swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring. These feelings just don't involve anybody else.

Paul,

Sweet CCX, be sure to get this one in the CCX Owners Group. We are a rag-tag bunch but we are active.
