For a minute there, I thought you said "incessant
wining". Though I am not a very heavy drinker, that would have been more accurate as I do enjoy good wines - champagne in particular. As for
whining - not my thing really, brother, though I do feel compelled to complain that the puffing and wheezing coming out of your orifices is mildy irritating.
Life in the tropics? It's certainly not for everyone, and for most that do enjoy it, complete enjoyment is usually contingent on being able to get away once in a while to the continents in order to shop for Cobra parts, get all worked up with self importance and then return home with a refreshed perspective on relaxation and the simpler pleasures in life. I'm not sure what you refer to when you say there must be a few down here - a few what? If it's as good as you make it sound, you bet your boots I'll be gittin' me some of whatever it is! I'm starting to feel all inflated just thinking about it.
Come on down here yourself one day and check the place out. It really is quite beautiful - sort of the stereotypical tropical island look - lots of greenery with the mountains and beaches and all that. I'm actually a really nice guy and I'd be happy to show you around.
