Well you have to start somewhere when considering a purchase. In this case, yes I would assume the seller's description is accurate, subject to "proof" when it comes to the money part.

Is it worth more than 5 or 6K? I'm sure it is! It would be difficult to pull all the pieces together and build it yourself for that much. But I'm not going to pay more than 5 or 6K myself because I will still take it down, maybe discard or add some pieces and all that. To me it's a nice "collection of parts" that still need assembly.
