I know what you mean. It doesn't make sense to apply for a Non Conforming Vehicle application and the Clean Air Commission tells you to add a computer module to your engine and catalytic converters to your side pipes, which will look ridiculous, not to mention kill the value of the car.

This area of the GA laws need to be updated by someone knowledgeable about these cars. They are in better condition than most new vehicles, yet the laws are preventing owners from titling and obtaining tags due to misunderstanding by the DOR guidelines and employees.
