For a healthy solid roller, you will need a good set up that will take higher spring pressures. End stands and good high quality rocker arm bodies are an absolute must.

Doug is a good guy, I've done business with him in the past. He's got a lot of knowledge in FE land. However, I'm not familiar with his rocker arm set and I'm not sure if it would be suitable for a solid roller.

Without knowing the cam specs, it's hard to say exactly what I would pick. But if you plan to spin it up, then you'll need the springs and valve train to match. I like the Erson setup and if you can handle the price, they're hard to beat. They're very easy to set up as well.
