I have a 460 in a Midstates, and have not had to make any modifications to make it work. I think that most manufacturers can fit a big block, or help you to make it work. I am going to try to post a picture that might help to let you see the accessability for things like spark plugs. I am still working out some bugs with the engine, but it fits well.
