I bought a LS7 in 1979 from local Chevy dealer Covington LA. Put it initially in V-Drive flattie circle boat. Ran great. Then placed motor in 1972 Corvette with Muncie, ran okay but always high temp. Difficult to prevent overheating. In the boat, unlimited supply of cool lake water.
