No, not really. The bottom of the bolt and top of the adapter are both smooth.

Once it's tight, and the lines are connected, it shouldn't move. Mine never did.

But, if you're worried about it, put an inside tooth star washer under the head of the bolt. That will keep it exactly where you put it.

If you want to continue using the adapter you have, drill a hole through the outside rim of the adapter, and into the block. Then use a dowel to keep it aligned.
