I believe there is no torque value, never was. If there was, you would be looking at something in the region of 300lbtf.

Would you buy a 1" drive torque wrench, have it in your car with you just for the wing nut? And you would also need a special "nut" to engage at the wing nuts too, unless you have a hex :-)

Ask at Porsche or Ferrari. I believe they have one center nut on their Stradale / RSR versions.
