so based on that, keyed hot does not go anywhere near the switch. is that your black wire? test it for juice.
there should be only 3 wires coming out of the switch, 4 if you count the washer feed ,low speed high speed, wash and ground.
the connector on the motor should be grounded(the odd blade in the plastic) see pic of connector(earth)
