That central area is that the space you mentioned was completely ROTTEN and void of TIMBER!!...one good wave and crack Commodore Slowy would be going down with the ship!!
With all this work your doing, do you have to get the boat surveyed again??
..or is it like a car just keep the rego going and do whatever you like???
