I think I finally got this figured out. The Gates 7375 belt mentioned by Emberglo66 works and is what was on the car originally.
On my car, I have to completely remove the top right bracket bolt, and remove the alternator adjustment bolt.
Then loosen the alternator top bolt and bottom right bolt enough so that the bracket moves out enough for the alternator to move behind it. The 7375 slips right on.
Its about .5 in from the wheel well , so no grinding needed.
There is enough slack in the belt to get the adjustment bolt back in also.
Hopefully other Roush setups are the same.
