This kid had a history of mental illness. I have zero sympathy for him. The signs were there and nobody did anything about it. The most common treatment for mental illness is to ignore it and hope it works itself out someway. A very good friend of mines son was bi-polar and violent. The best thing that happened is when the guy OD'ed on pills. I have a B'in law who is BP. He tried to commit suicide and wasn't successful. Everybody ignored these two guys. The tragedy is that they were born that way and the other tragedy was that they were neglected and ignored by their parents and the medical doctors that originally diagnosed them.
