Mike,
I was trolling your pics yesterday, to see how you had run your leads in relation to the headers. I saw the leads going through the side wall. The above shots are perfect.
I may still have to move the mounts on to a chassis rail as well, the left hand side looks like i can make the header clear, on the right i'm going to measure up an indexable MSD starter to see if i can get enough clearance.

Also loved your new PS pump location and bracket.

Did you get the exhaust manifold to head plates locally to build your exhaust ?
