It's the same with the Harrison and using the VR rack - it needs 0.5mm off each side.

It's pretty hard material, and I'm wondering if it's worth the trouble machining such a small job? I did mine with a second cut file with a safety edge, using a vernier caliper to keep it bang on square, didn't take long and theres no need to take the rack apart.
