most gauge makers make about 4 or 5 different resistances in the gauges

u need to get the 2 sender wires
hook up and ohm meter and find out what ohms are at empty and at full
then get gauges to suit
gm is normally 40 ohms to 240 ohms or similar
vy fuel senders changed half way thru so best to just check with ohm meter

id have 07 ve info but its 4000 page pdf so will take ages to find where specs
and to be exact its easier to just find ohms for empty and full and then find gauge
you like then see if it has the correct specs

80% of cobras and show cars i wire up normally have wrong fuel gauge because custoemr buys gauge before they buy sender
