Actually looks like a pretty good deal. Main thing is to check chassis either has or will pass the Australian torsion and beaming test. It's not a show stopper if it hasn't been tested as the test won't be that dear, but you want to know it passes. The seller says he has info on the chassis so get a copy of whatever paperwork he has and show it to a qld engineer. If the answers yes on the chassis I would go for it.
