More pictures. Also pull the brake pads and get a pic of them.
Might be Crown Vic or Explorer rear disc. Looks to have the E-Brake inside the drum area of the rotor.
Take the pads to a quality auto parts store, they should be able to match them up, then that will identify what brake calipers you have. Napa, Carquest, Oreilly (look for the guys with the ASE certification patch on their shirt)
