well i got the 427 side oiler block out it has no casting numbers on it and no ribs like my other 428 service block does its standard bore never been blown up
oil pan rails and inside of block look like new looks like the date code is 8m10 i think thats December 10,1968 so its a juice block.which if i go ahead and use it it will work out great because i have t&d valve train on my drag race motor so it oils thru the pushrods .This is a cherry block .THANKS DAD for letting me use it
