Ya, they're not the best but I was able to get things wired back to the proper configuration and I did find the neutral saftey relay where you said it would be. After repairing the butchering that had been done by the previous owner the charging system is working properly now. Just wonder how long it was over charging. Maybe that's why there is evidence of quite a bit of battery acid in the battery box
Anyway, thanks for the guidance to find the relay.
