Jon,
You could solder them up, drill to .50mm, reassemble and roadtest.
Then if necessary, step up by .05 until you're happy.
You'll get 50,55,60,65 (4 stages of adjustment), prior to your current setting.
If you go too far, you can solder up and start again.
