Is the compressor running? If so, are the coils frozen up? Dirty coils or refrigerant leak.
If the compressor is not running, then like Glenn says, check the relay first.

You should move your wife's stuff in the other fridge to this one and put your beer in the good fridge until it's fixed. You really don't want the beer to get warm.
