Really? Is that what posters normally do in your vast experience here?? And if you 'all knew' to contact Bob, why did you ask this question here?
Normally OP's say 'Thanks for your help' when someone takes the time to give a correct answer to their problem. A little searching or a call is not too onerous for you is it??
