I'm not going to offer up any numbers, but I will point out that the temperature of the
oil and water is different in different locations in the engine. The temperature of the
oil that is in contact with the underside of the piston is way, way hotter than the oil circulating around the temp sensor in the pan. So, if the desire is to "burn off" moisture and condensation, you can do that without ever having an oil temp reading anywhere near 212 degrees.
