That bill makes no sense at all. Emissions testing for cars in Massachusetts is limited to cars 15 years or younger, so no antique vehicles (25 years or older) are covered by emissions testing. Mass. got rid of the tailpiper sniffers long ago and only tests now with OBDII plug-ins. How are they going to test even antique vehicles without a roller and sniffer set-up they used to use? And it only appears to apply to cars registered as antiques, not as vehicles over 25 years that are registered for regular use. I really don't get what "harm" they are trying to address.
