I'd say no. It's just the nature of the car.

I just buy a big box of disposable ear plugs and use them when I drive the car. Interestingly I can still hear the stereo pretty well with the earplugs in but they just attenuate the side pipe and wind noise, and make the car very comfortable to drive on longer rides.
