I got an apartment sized unit about 10-12 years ago when there was a switch to higher efficiency units. Had it installed in a corner ducted to the ceiling. Then a small fan to distribute the heat. I keep the garage at about 50 degrees, no condensation and it heats up fast when needed. 2-car sized garage. I'm please with the system. I think it cost $250-300 installed on a friends and family plan.
