Do you see right below this post where it has "Quick Reply" look for the eight icons in the message box, like BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERLINE and the second icon from the right looks like a little square picture with a mountain and sun in it. That's INSERT IMAGE and that's what you use. When you click on that button it lets you put in the link to a picture.
