Try one of the Mustang forums. Forget the Cobra aspect just look for a local modern engine tuner.
There is increasing resistance to tuning these engines due to California regs leaking into other places.

Thanks again Tony, funny I just joined the coyote mustang group on FB.
The car does have an sct tuner the guy added because he was having an idle and stalling issue... he then installed the speed sensor and apparently there is about when I high idle started.
