To the best of my knowledge, it's not as simple a bolt in affair, at least it was not for the 4.6L DOHC that they put in a FIA (2031) many years ago. I was also told back then, while 2031 was under my ownership, that they would most likely never offer such a conversion again. I suspect that you'll need to find someone who can custom fabricate the motor mounts, as well as the modifications you'll need to make to the existing footboxes.
