The willwood spot calipers do rattle when not correctly adjusted. Even when adjusted correctly, the caliper itself can move for-and-aft on the mounting bracket and make noise. There are also 6 U-joints just a foot or two away from your ears in that car, normal backlash on all of them will still sound cluncky under the right conditions. A bad axle will definately make noise, as will poor diff mounting. Put the car up on jackstands and start looking around, starting with the parking brake calipers and the driveshaft u-joints, the rear tranny mount, the axles, and diff mounting.
