I had the same issue on my Unique. The problem was that I had run with the top on and no tensioner at high speed and that had pulled the window frame apart so that is was not snug against the glass. This increased the distance between the two points. I have to pull the frame apart and put it back together

Still haven't done it. To chicken to break the glass.
