427 stroker guys, what are the torque characteristics of your engines relative to RPM. Do they idle well around 1K? Also, do the AFR heads have the same exhaust manifold pattern as the Windsor heads?

After a good hard ride.....oil pressure is over 50, temp is below 190, she idles and no new dents. LIFE IS GOOD!
