The best thing you can do for the bottom end is to open the main oil passages to match the bearings. If you look at the main saddles after the teardown you will see that ( except for the center one) the main oil passages are offset a little from the oil hole in the bearing. It is an easy and worthwhile mod to use a die grinder and open them. If you do it before cleaning there is usually an oil stain showing where it needs opened to.
