Chaplin is correct. I was having the same trouble and I found out after much frustration that my photo program in the other computer has only one way to resize a file and no way to set the compression percentage. Ron ( Computerworks ) recommended the photo program that I have on this computer and then told me how to find the option to set the compression percentage and it works great. I am no photo expert by far and am still reading the manual and trying to figure out just what all I can do and how to do it with this program. I haven't even tried the animation part yet. Maybe your program is like my other one and 640 X 480 or whatever will just compress the file a set amount. My old program would only resize by pixels and this one does it by inches, pixels, percent, and centemeters. Good luck.

Ron
