Sorry for the late reply, I have been out of town for the past week. Thanks for the info. I figured it may just be that they were either not warmed up / bedded in, but not positive. Only time will tell. I have driven other cars without power assist, and none required as much pedal pressure. Of course, none of them were this radical. Also, the fact that we (I ) opted for the 4 piston calipers up front doesn't help cold braking ability.

As far as the switch goes, I don't mean to be pushy, but I strongly believe something must be done. I can't imagine the lights coming on during street use with the current switch, and that makes us a little uneasy. Are there any sensors we could find locally and swap on to help you test? Thanks again for all of the help guys.
