Turk,does DMV expect you to pay the taxes before they issue the number,or simultaneous with it?Sort of they let go of the slip with the number as you let go of the check kind of thing?No sense paying a "use" tax on something you can't use,it would appear,but the little blue haired lady behind the counter may not see it that way.
