I find it hard to believe that your oil temp went up from 100 to 135 changing from Joe Gibbs to Motul.

Motul is a good oil, I would get a much better oil filter, and a bigger oil cooler with a thermostat.

And I wouldn't trust any non-stepper motor electrical gauge.
