Pretty sure this one will right itself over time.
I agree on the SOHC's. They are cool engines for sure, but just almost too "exotic". Like buying a Lamborghini....great when they work until it's time to fix something like replace a clutch or brakes. 
I think builders have come a lot further on the old Boss 429's as far as technology and reliablility, IMHO.
And no...I don't own a Lambo!
