You misinterpreted my post re: Kirkham.

I own a Kirkham. And think very highly of the company. BUT, if I had a dispute and couldn't settle it to my satisfaction, then I'd air my concerns here, even if it were the much loved Kirkhams.

Yes, you never mentioned the Kirkhams, but I used them to make my point.
