A friend and I just purchased partially Complete CMC cobra with a 429 engine. The enging runs real rough, it almost acts like the valves are too tight. I don't know much about the 429 or 460 , have only had small blocks. Can someone tell me if the valves can be adjusted with the rocker arm retaining nuts. If so what is the procedure.
